5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use the App only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse, abuse, reverse engineer the service, or upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments
NolaBloom may offer free trials and paid subscriptions, with trial duration and pricing clearly shown before purchase.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, and subscription access may be limited or terminated in cases of abuse, including repeated trial attempts.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NolaBloom is not liable for emotional decisions made based on App content or for any resulting relationship outcomes or personal consequences.
NolaBloom is also not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
